The Dream to Brand Mentorship Program ("Program") is a one-time mentorship offering by Dream to Brand FZ LLC, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Program provides educational content, strategic guidance, and business mentorship intended to support participants in launching and scaling their own brands.
You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in this Program. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement and that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
The fee for the Program is a one-time payment as indicated at the time of enrollment. All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of your level of participation or completion. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have reviewed all program details before making a purchase and understand the non-refundable nature of this offering.
Dream to Brand does not guarantee any specific results, business success, or income as a result of your participation in the Program. Your outcomes depend on various factors, including but not limited to your commitment, market conditions, business decisions, and level of effort.
All content provided during the Program—including videos, templates, materials, and other resources—is the intellectual property of Dream to Brand and is provided for personal use only.
You may not share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any materials without written permission. Breach of this clause may result in termination from the Program without refund and possible legal action.
We reserve the right to remove or ban any participant from the Program for any form of inappropriate behavior, harassment, hate speech, or other disruptive conduct. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
The mentorship environment may include confidential information shared by Dream to Brand or by other participants. You agree not to disclose, copy, or reproduce such information for personal or commercial gain.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Dream to Brand FZ LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Program.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Program, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Dubai, UAE, under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued participation in the Program after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Dream to Brand FZ LLC shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay or failure in performance of the Program due to events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, internet or power outages, government restrictions, pandemics, labor strikes, or other unforeseen events that render delivery of the Program impracticable. In such events, reasonable efforts will be made to resume Program activities, but no refunds or compensation shall be issued.
By participating in the Program, including but not limited to live sessions, coaching calls, webinars, or group interactions, you consent to being recorded (audio, video, or both). These recordings may be used by Dream to Brand FZ LLC for internal training, quality assurance, or promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in marketing content, please notify us in writing prior to participation. Your continued involvement in recorded sessions will be considered as consent.
